Summary0025746: Hunter's Vale Scroll Shares Cooldown with Guild Recall Scroll
DescriptionThe newly added Hunter's Vale Scroll appears to share a cooldown with the regular Guild Recall Scroll (this does not appear to be the case for the other teleport scrolls). I assume this works both ways, but so far I've only tested it by using the Guild Recall Scroll (I am waiting on the cooldown).
Steps To Reproduce1. Buy a Guild Recall Scroll.
2. Use a Guild Recall Scroll.
3. The Hunter's Vale Scroll is also on the same 1h shared cooldown.
