Description	Per patch notes: purchase the new teleport scrolls to the Dungeon's entrance from the Guild Merchants in Sigmar's Hammer, the War Room, The Waaagh Room, and The Viper Pit They are NOT available in the War Room at the Quartermaster with the other scrolls.
Steps To Reproduce	go to war room, try to purchase
