Summary0025806: (Experimental build) causing texture pop in and out
DescriptionSeverity small since it is on experimental build. But when running the experimental build after last patch that added:

- Disables mip-mapped textures and enables anisotropic filtering, taking advantage of the GPU power/memory available today.
- Some of the slower parts of the engine have been replaced with more optimized code, increasing FPS.
- The shader cache has been fixed to actually work, reducing load-in stutter after playing a few times (now that this is working, deleting your cache folder is not recommended as it will reset the shader cache)

The game now fails to load character and objects textures properly. while moving they load in some spots on the map. See attached screenshot.
Steps To Reproduceswitch to experimental and run the game
Additional Informationmy setup: win 11, 9800x3d, gf 4070 ti, 32gb ram

I am using the max settings without post processing. No custom quality config. I have anisotropic filtering and AA forced through nvidia control panel.
But strangely I remembered that I updated driver last week, so I now went and try the experimental again and I do not see the bug anymore. So I guesss thats It then.
