I have the full Sovereign set. Stimulation V activates but doesn't work when my turret is active.
My critical hit rate is 27% without my turret (screenshot1). When Stimulation V activates my critical hit rate is 36% (27+9), it's ok (screenshot2). But with my turret active, my critical hit rate is 42% (screenshot3), when Stimulation V activates my critical hit rate doesn't change even though it should be 51% (42+9) (screenshot4). |
