Description	Reporter: Fikatind deals 48 dmg and reducing speed of your enemy by 40% Deals 0 and not slowing down the enemy. cooldown is ok.

Usually it deals that damage over 5 seconds and applies a bugged 5 second debuff. From the ability_stats table: \| Entry \| Level \| ... \| Damages \| Heals \| Times \| Percents \| ... \| \| --- \| --- \| --- \| :-: \| --- \| --- \| --- \| --- \| \| 1432 \| 1 \| .... \| 41 \| 0 \| 5 \| 40 \| ... \| Description: `You deal 41 damage and reduce the movement speed of your enemy by 40% for 5 seconds.`
