Summary	0000579: [Severe Scenario bug] Dead players can contest flags
Description	Reporter: OldPlayer Dead bodies can still contest flags, therefore: 1) Go to the flag. 2) Die there. 3) Enemy side cannot cap that flag, if they move away, you've capped it and no one can remove your cap.
