Summary	0006982: [Pocket Item] Kossar's Helm
Description	Reporter: Ecliptom2 The Kossar's Helm item which can be obtained from the Anniversary quest is currently bug. As it is right now when you use the effect while snared, it will remove the snare. I asked a gm and he said this was unintentional. I can imagine that this bug might also exist on other items that alter appearance, such as the item that turns you into a Skaven for example.
