Summary0000009: Gained abilities don't stay on the hotbar upon relogging.

As your character levels up, you gain a new ability. When you log off and log back on. The abilities are removed from the hot bar.

I noticed this is partially fixed, but now on rare occasion (not every re-log apparently) some abilities are not remembered correctly.

In my case only two ability are changed/forgotten/mixed up.
