Commenter: Blaqwar I believe what he means is that people that aren't flagged for RvR still get damaged by the Loudmouth tactic. So I imagine something like Order standing around unflagged in PvE areas where a BO was farming mobs with Loudmouth and the proc damage affected the non-flagged Order. |

Commenter: Hulawar didnt find any gm around , so i found a slayer player named fennick. We found out that after the dmg occurs to the unflaged enemy , it immidietly flags him too. |

This issue is being closed as it should be fixed in the new ability system. Please create a new issue if this is not the case. |
