Summary0009918: Choppa Ability GTDC not pulling enemies properly.

GTDC doesn't seem to perform as the tooltip suggests. Enemies do not get pulled toward you, they get knocked up in the air a short distance in place. Also it doesn't seem to pull on every tick of damage.

the pull is a chance not guaranteed, the straight up isnt working as intended
