Summary	0000010: Some NPCs cannot be interacted with
Description	Reporter: Elvenalthur Right clicking on some NPCs does not cause an interaction. NPCs so far I have found: Rally master, The forces of Order/Destruction Guild NPC, Healer, Herald.
