Expected behavior and actual behavior:
double spawn at order war camp 39.27 and 26.25 same npc same name lanril elderborn: and missing the quest : "kill 25 players in Eataine" like all others zone
To fix it remove the double spawn and add quest kill 25 players to the same npc
