**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
I claim a captured keep to destro in a mistake, seconds later i release it and a few seconds later a lord appear inside of the keep with all NPCs (guards, and i think trainers too).
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
1- Capture a keep (easy)
2- Claim a keep beofre the zone is closed
3- Release the keep
4- Wait
5- :)
