Expected behaviour: Either all of the finisher hits are affected by the 50% armor penetration buff (i.e. it buffs them before the hits are calculated), or none of them are (i.e. the buff starts after the last hit of the finisher). Actual behaviour: The first hit of the finisher doesn't get any benefit from the 50% armor penetration buff, but all others afterwards are. Steps to reproduce problem: Equip bleeding edge tactic, build one combo point on combat dummy (the one with lots of armor), use finisher on combat dummy.
