Summary0021697: BO's AoE "WAAAAAAAGH!" further fixes
DescriptionIssues:
1. Ability gives wrong buff. Instead of 25% AA damage gives 25% AA speed. Should be damage buff.
2. Not buffing groupmates. Should buff groupmates.
