the bosses are that the end of the northside sewers dungeon are leaving their debuff on players instead of the floor.
you cannot see the debuff in your bar and unable to remove it.
Steps To Reproduce
goto sewers north entrance and fight the end bosses and look at toxic ability spamming your character even after you die.
