0022283: t1 ch4 hard public quest "Goldfist's Hole Recovery" is impossible to complete
Description
You cannot complete the goldfist hole recovery pq (and that locks you from completing the "hardly fast" quest that gives you a fast mount in t1 for pve)
The water pumps are doubled and at 0% hp
Steps To Reproduce
1. go to ch4 t1
2. go to hard pq of ch4
3. Go to stage 2
4. find that you cannot destroy the waterpumps
5. ???
6. locked from completion
