There are two types of cannonballs to find here, depending on your faction - some in a crate, and some not. Have you tried exploring the other ramparts to ensure you've clicked both types? (One should work for the quest) |

I started an Engineer yesterday and had no issues completing this quest. |

Yeah, you guy's were right. Just me that was bad at lookjing around, quest is woriking fine. |
