Summary	0022627: [PTS] Outta My Way no punt effect and no knockdown effect in monsters (NPCs)
Description	With the recent Test server update, I looked into state of Outta my way skill and it isnt changed to a state it was before Ability Rework. In one of report bugs regarding Outta My Way i found Dalen commenting there is nothing mentioning knocking down monsters. Kindly want to remind Outta My Way was given same "utility" as Zealots Winds of Insanity. Steps To Reproduce	Press Outta My Way in melee range to any monster NPC and observe nothing happens except speed boost.
