First of all, relogging doesn't change anything. Here are some extra findings: Talked to 3 Sorcs: 2 had the Sent ring from before the BB reintroduction, 1 hadn't. I also got the ring earlier from trading it for 3 sentinel medallions. - 1 of the 3 I talked to (that had the Ring from before) didn't see the reward - Another of the 3 also mentioned it showed up, but they seem to remember not seeing it earlier - A friend of mine relogged their Mara, DOK and SH and none had it (Although they haven't completed the dungeon yet since its reintroduction. I have, 3 times now and also not see it) see image 1. for Mara --> Shouldn't be related to having done the dungeon before Dec 23 (I hadn't done it) ---> Might be related to having the Sent ring already (the 1 Sorc that could see it, doesn't have the ring already) P.S. To test this, I made a new char and tried getting influence for the dungeon. On my side, the Sorc appears to see all the rewards just fine. (Image attached) The influence for BB shouldn't have reset or changed in any way, so this one is interesting. If there's any way to 100% reproduce this, please let us know. |

@Rubius, I asked a lot of people today and I think we've narrowed it down; People who had a ring before BB reintroduction (either pre-December or post-December with Sent Medallions) cannot see or select the 3rd stage rewards in either NPC or Tome of Knowledge. Only people who hadn't had a Sent ring already can see and select it. This is not the case for reward stages 1 and 2 |

They can get a 2nd only from repeatable 6 BB-run quest. They cannot get the ring from the 3rd stage rewards BUT they can get the weapons from stages 1 and 2 even if they already had them. Basically the BB influence has only partially reset, if I were to summarize it. |

so the bug now is they cant get a 3rd ring? Is this a bug where anyone is missing a ring? I am just trying to make sure no one is missing a ring. If not I will close this as will it affect anyone that has not already gotten one ring? |

I am not sure if the Sentinel Jewerly quests (https://killboard.returnofreckoning.com/quest/60984 and https://killboard.returnofreckoning.com/quest/60983) are repeatable. If they aren't, this is all the possibilities for maximum number of ring possession on players (excluding cases where they deleted an item) depending since when they have been playing: - Pre-December: 2 rings from old BBBE inf + 1 from new quest + X bought via trade for Sentinel Medalions = 3 + X - December- June: X bought via trade for Sentinel Medalions + 1 from new quest = X + 1 - Post-June: 1 from new BB inf + 1 from new quest = 2 Even if they aren't repeatable, all players should at least have access to 2 Sent Jewelries. Similarly for Weapons, all players should have at least access to 2 for now. The only ''issue'' is the runs required to reach the 2 Jewelries: -Pre December: 4 BBBE runs iirc for 2 Jewelries = 4 runs total -December- June: 3 dungeon runs for each Jewelry (if X>=2) = 6 runs total or, if X = 1, 3 dungeon runs for the first Jewelry and 6 BB runs for the 2nd = 9 dungeon runs total - Post-June: 3 BB runs for the Inf Jewel and 3 more to complete the quest = 6 runs total I hope I answered your question. If the issue isn't too hard to solve and you'd like to equalize the effort needed to obtain both Jewelries you could fix the influence issue for the 3rd stage. |
