Summary	0023234: RP - Rune of Powe Granted ability bugged damange
Description	RP's rune of power granted ability shoud hit 5 times for 125 acording to patch notesm then it shoud be multiplied by other sources like divine fury? it hits always for 83, with potencial crit chance, with Rune of breaking ON or OFF. While with active RoB the toolitp on skills indicates a lot more dmg.
Steps To Reproduce	cast rune of power and use granted ability, then attack target,

Zumos 2024-12-12 15:33 developer ~0045735	I'm going to close this one as the problem is the same as for https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=23136 The tooltip damage is bugged for some reason I don't know yet. But the damage not being affected by Divine Fury and unable to crit is how it is supposed to be as it counts a proc damage.
