Summary	0023370: Griffon Footman casting Terminate
Description	Griffon Footman in the Cinderash Enclave in Praag currently cast Terminate on targets they aggro on, dealing 30,000 and one-shotting. I assume this is a guard spell? But they're part of a quest, so it also blocks quest progress (Seize The Glory).
Steps To Reproduce	1) Walk up to the mob. 2) Aggro. 3) get axed in the face. 4) die
