Summary0023393: Defended keep outer door not able to be repaired after safe timer for 0000010:0000030 minutes
DescriptionEarlier today in TM, order defended a keep and began running supplies to repair the door. The inner door showed at 100%, and further supplies turned in showed "xx has repaired the door by 14%" in chat but the status remained at 100% on SoR and the outer door refused to go up. Eventually after maybe 30 minutes, one of the supplies turned in finally triggered the outer to restore to 10%, and after that supplies repaired it further as expected and it closed successfully at 100%.
Steps To ReproduceUnfortunately I missed the defense itself and only saw the aftermath so I am not sure what (if anything specific) happened to cause this.

Fairly sure I have fixed this with the next patch as I cannot reproduce it after my changes (many tickets have had the same root cause).

In case its not fixed next patch please open a new ticket. Thank you.
