Summary	0023564: [KOTBS] - Arcing Swing and Overpowering Swing tooltips
Description	Arcing Swing doesn't mention the duration of the WOU debuff on the tooltip. Overpowering Swing's tooltip should be changed from the using the term ''likely'' as that implies a 10 percent increase to the existing crit chance, instead of the flat crit% increase that's the tactic provides. (for a similar case, see: https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=23562) Proposed wording: ''Arcing Swing will now additionally increase the targets' chance to be critically hit by 10% for the same duration'' See image 2 for a similar wording.
