Define not working: no res or not instant?
If 2nd - could be related to this 0023588 - cast animation is instant while skil itself is not and you still shoulr stay at place for the original duration

Hm, but because you got stunned after animation, so it interrupts the 'hidden' casting and there wont be res too :D
