Define not working: no res or not instant? If 2nd - could be related to this 0023588 - cast animation is instant while skil itself is not and you still shoulr stay at place for the original duration |

Hm, but because you got stunned after animation, so it interrupts the 'hidden' casting and there wont be res too :D |

All cast time reductions were bugged, but have already been fixed. |
