Summary	0023667: CH22 giving bags incorrectly.
Description	Ch22 is giving out 12 bags total instead of the 6 gold, 6 purple, 4 blue, 4 green, 4 white bags its supposed to give.
Steps To Reproduce	Go to any ch22 and finish it.
