Description | Bug caused when the new ability system got added - abilities that are supposed to damage an enemy while that enemy is moving will simply always apply for their full duration on PvE Mobs, even if the mob or boss is stationary. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Cast Gork Sez Stop or any other movement damaging ability on a stationary boss 2. Watch the numbers 3. ???? 4. Profit | ||||
