| Description | I tested a tactic "for the Witch Queen" in Witch Elf using a training construct. The description states that after each rage per combo, there's a 10% chance of knocking down enemies, but it didn't work even once. I tested it 20 times; with a 50% chance, you should at least knock down once, but no, not once. | ||||
