Summary	0025646: Rune of Serenity instant hits multiple targets
Description	Using Rune of Serenity on Rune Priest instantly applies the HoT on up to 6 targets instead of bouncing after the 9 seconds. It also ticks at 3 seconds, 6 seconds, and 9 seconds for the heal, so for the first 3 seconds it does nothing. I assume the Zealot skill Leaping Alteration does the same thing but untested as I do not have a Zealot.

wardfan220 2026-08-02 10:53 reporter ~0048607	For what it's worth this skill is never used since the small tics 3 times over 9 seconds is almost useless, but is absolutely useless in RvR instant deaths. It would be better to be 6 sec with tick on cast, 3 sec and 6 sec marks.
