Summary	0025665: Magus "Lasting Chaos" Tactic doesnt seem to be working
Description	Ran BB with a Magus specced with lasting chaos and was not getting the effect of the tactic as a group member. Seemed to not be working on himself either, had a feeling it used to show as a buff on my char but cant check now. Can see that with or without the tactic equipped my regen from an empty bar to full jumps in the same increments.
Steps To Reproduce	Spec for tactic "Lasting Chaos" on Magus or "Extra Ammo" on Engi Summon Demon/Turret 0 out AP by spamming abilities watch AP regen climb in standard regen increments Remove tactic and repeat showing same increments
Additional Information	I dont have an Engi on live I can test the tactic with but on PTS get the same results for Engi as on Live/PTS for Magus Tried to test some other AP abilities like Subvert Strength on Mara and Gork Fix'd It on Shaman and they seemed to work ok. Sov AP regen proc on Shaman also seemed ok.
