| Description | The engi has a tactic that gives Action points every 2 seconds to everyone around in a 20ft range around the Turret.
This was working last week on live, I havent tested it on the PTS.
The tactic is working even if you spam casting abilites and is quite often used in Dungeons to kill bosses and give everyone AP. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Take tactic, build turret, spam gunblast and see that the AP doest get a smal refresh every 2 seconds from the tactic.
If you spam gunblast at all times there is no normal AP regeneration. |
