Summary | 0006902: Z-Axis/Pathing bug making melee attacks impossible
Description | Reporter: Daniellita This bug is most common with ranged PvE mobs and Squig Herder pets. They become unattackable in melee after running after a target down a slope. Demonstration with PvE mobs here: [https://sendvid.com/pqi0dbrm] My theory is that once the mob/pet is sent after a target that runs out of range it looks for the shortest route to hit it's target again. Whilst running down a slope this may trigger it to go path underground, at which point it becomes unattackable using melee skills. It may also be helpful in solving this to see that the snapshot slow triggers on the mob despite the fact that it should be facing me when I attack it. I am uncertain as to why this would happen, but perhaps the fact that I am standing above when it's underground could explain it.
