| Description | - When targeting someone without the buff visible and using the granted ability, it will say "Target already has this effect" and consume a stack. The target still doesn't get a visible buff.
- The granted ability can disappear even when there are stacks left to share, perhaps as a result of zoning. Not sure what triggered this. |
