0023672: Saga Event - "Share the Tale" does nothing
Description
Tried the ability both ways with ppl not having the progress of the event, and the ability gives no buff nor event progress.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Win fort
2. Use the given ability to "share the tale " with another allied player.
This should give them event progress on "hear the tale" and also give a 3h 10% inf-gain buff, but does nothing.
Additional Information
I tried this after being offline for about 1h after fort and standing in IC with players that were not in the fort nor had that progress or buff since before.
Asked other healers for theit experience and it seems similar, I got advice (mentioning only thing I'n not doing already) that to get higher lvl bag I must stay outside warband and heal /res / help ppl which are not in my warband. Is this intended ?
