Summary0023844: Quest Item doesnt give the Quest.
Descriptioni received the item "Rune-sealed Letter", which should begin a quest, that will guide me towards a special Cosmetic shield. The Problem is that nothing happens when i right click the letter. I do not receive a quest or a pop up.

I have the same issue. right clicking in quest items tab does nothing
